Mr. Ramchandra Hegde is from Dandeli and had experience in Goa tourism places. This experience helped him understand the importance of providing quality service to customers. The Navodyami training helped him think about ways he could improve customer service.  He went to visited other home stays to see in which ways they were successful so that he could further enhance his own customer service.  He included more activities in his home stay package, and customers responded positively.  
He has received financial support from the Navodyami program and invested this money to improve the facilities in his homes stay.  He has received good feedback from guests of the home stay, who have written great reviews on Trip Advisor. The funds he received from the Deshpande Foundation helped him seriously improve his business. His customers are very happy with his service and continually reference him.
